Some questions fishing Boat ???????
The output of my electric motor was a plug and the plug was female, so I replaced it to output was female and the plug was male. After the electric motor stopped working and is unable to reach him. If I switch back will be it will work again? My fish finder worked well, then the temperature gauge on it began to say that water is 140 degrees, or something. The could it be? Also my areator stopped working and when I turn the switch I do not here anything? Another problem is that my cigarette lighter no longer works and there are two wires attached and a third is not connected, but am not sure if it's for or not? Last question how do I replace lighter the carpet in my fishing boat?
opinion that you switch the wires around and squeeze to remove the battery system. It is a system of systems AC not DC. DC meaning Direct Current and the wire can not move around. I would first go back to trolling motor connection and make sure red is red and black to black ck …. their work with mult meter and continuity tester are on. Place mutli meter over the continuity and place a test wire from the battery wire and red lead to another test red wire from the trolling motor and mult meter should buzz. if not, then your cable are crossed. for carpet, just a matter of removing the seat, trim, etc., and then remove the carpet .. it can be glued down.
