Boat Covers 16ft

the amount of ink that would be needed to cover a 16-foot Boat of fiberglass? Also I need to spray or paint it?
want to paint the interior of the boat top and yellow with the background to be painted white also. I have a few scratches smothing bundle and what to do first. I brush and get a good look flat or do I need to be sprayed. does need a clear coat applied? any help or information would be appreciated. thanks
Lead about 1 gal. to the bottom and near the top for both. I would recommend a polymer coating, (about $ 50 per gallon.), And finally spray. Prep all areas and sand with 400 or 600 grains. The end result will look like new.
