What is covered in a powerboat level 2 course with the RYA?
I have a 17ft fishing Boat and it seems scary trying to steer the thing. You can do 1to1 a course? Thanks
the actual content may differ from the location and organization, but will generally cover the following: "This two-day course provides the skills and life skills necessary to drive a powerboat and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence. Includes handling closely, the high-speed maneuvers, man overboard recovery and collision regulations. The course can be taken inside or on the coast and your certificate will be annotated accordingly.
