Potential Problems starting a Boat and car storage business?

Hello – I was wondering if anyone out there know what possible problems may arise when starting a boat and car storage businesses, where people can store each of those covered or outdoors. I'm looking for some disadvantages or problems that could be faced since the beginning of the company (for example, just getting everything together and set up) for interactions with the customer, competition, maintain and run the setup, and really absolutely any problems or difficulties that may occur. Any info is greatly appreciated. My group is doing a report and a presentation about this stuff for a class. Thanks for any info!
