You need to clear fasioned the old way, the use of petrol / kerosene and compressed air, take your time and blow the oil passages and then install a new oil filter with a bypass pressure, and use thin oil 0w, if possible, and run at idle for 1-2 minutes, changing the filter and repeat until the filter is clean!
