I can take this to small claims court?
My brother bought a Boat trailer $ 3,000 on your credit card for me because I could not receive funding. Paymets done weekly to your credit card from my checking account. right to transfer online to your credit card account I paid the credit card in full. He held the title until I paid him. Now I try to call him my title, he will answer the phone, not will return my calls. To make matters worse, he now lives in different state. Can I sue him in small claims court? He was living in Florida at the time we did business, which is where I live. But now he lives in Maine. So, what state do I file against him? "I feel I have no other choice. I can not sell trailer or register it. I need the paperwork to get it covered with insurance. Any help please …………. My brother and I had a "disagreement" But I still did all paymets for it. You say he held the title, but you did not say if the title was in his name. If the title is in their name, just ask for a replacement title. It may take a little and a little money, but ultimately you will have what you need. If the title is in their name, then you have a different problem and a consultation with a lawyer might be in order. It can, of course, just missed it and too embarrassed to admit it. After all, you have possession of the trailer according to your message.
