Boat Covers Repaired

My Boat trailer slid forward during gale blew in the rear bumper of the truck put dent in car?
I do not know if the correction car would be covered under Comprehensive or Collision. Is the boat trailer sliding forward on their own vehicle be seen hitting another vehicle (Collision), or act of nature (in full). The truck was parked and locked when it happened. The trailer was unhitched from the boat also parked and chocked wheel But the wind took the trailer in front knocking him from stopping shock.
I would handle it as a loss of a collision. The wind did not cause damage to your vehicle. Another vehicle causing the damage. Your deductible will apply.
