Why does my trim up by itself and does not go down?
Okay, I have a 2008 Bass Tracker and my cover had a hole in the middle throughout the winter. I had about 6 inches of water in it. I tried to connect the sewer connected, but the battery was dead. I pulled the plug and let all the water out and charging the batteries. I noticed the trim was all the way up. I put the batteries back and as soon as I touched the hot wire to the battery I wanted to go higher, but couldn `t because he was all the path. He wouldn `t go down, so I just took the hot wire out now. If I let it dry and try again later? Or is there something else I can do? Any other help, then tell me to get a new Boat cover would be appreciated. I have 5 days to go before going to the lake Crawley and I really want to get the boat. Thanks, JM
The crawler Bass has nothing to do with the problem of the garrison, what brand of engine would be best info and a new boat cover will solve the problem for now:) Try disconect controller box and plug it again and check the electrics and trim pump connectors. The switch from trailer or finish may be causing the problem, the solenoid pump motor connector or some moisture due to leakage coverage!. You might be better to visit in the next few marine technical 5th edit. days: 4 days Good luck
