Boat Insurance Abroad

You can use Health European Health Insurance Card ID?
Or maybe a birth certificate? I will be 15 in November and I am one of the shorter my school year, and probably look 12-14. I'll be using to watch 15 rated movies and buy 15 rated games. Was just wondering as I have no passport (Due to relatives being phobia of flying and boats, without foreign holidays cards for me unfortunately.) And ID seem a bit annoying to have, especially as you have to renew them every two years. If anyone was wondering, here's what seems an EHIC – http://www.frenchduck.com/EHIC.JPG Thanks very much, Morgan
No, not that qualifies as an ID card. Birth certificate does not have an image, so it can not be used as an ID card either. The identification must be government issued and a photo. You should be able to get some kind of national ID card. I'd give some links, but also ways of achieving this will depend on the country you are in. You can find probably the types of identification cards available to you for example, help pages of police or government pages for your country. In Ireland, which have an "old card" that you can get from police and he works as an identification of young people nationwide. UK probably has something similar. I recommend getting or something, or an actual ID card. You will need it in the future (when you have to show its age tickets, alcohol or any other purpose).
