I need help on the liability insurance?
Our Boat was being kept in a yard where he was having work done on it as we had only bought days earlier. As we are getting impatient as the weeks and months go on, we are wondering where we stand legally with this. It is a public liability insurance required? We can go to court with this and we have a leg to stand on?
