I bought a 12 'inflatable boat on Staten Island NY as well as anything I need? how to register it or insurance or life jackets? 5 leads and I'm not planing on going to him a lot and I have to take all the classes? for this? i your paddle just want to be on the safe side and not get any tickets! please let me know thanks
