If your neighbors tree falls on your Boat. Who's insurance would cover it?
If your tree falls on neighbors of their property and cause damage. Whos insurance company should pay compensation. The tree looks healthy! but many feet of its missiles and is seeking a rotting things ih the stump, so the wind does not BLOWW she just fell over it. It is an oak tree of some sort over 24 inches at the base and is in a field irragated?
Typically, your policy would pay the insurance then subrogate with the operator of the neighbor. Believe me, if your carrier is strong in customer service, this is the best way to go. Bring your check and let them fight. Depending on how successful they are, the company will normally recover any paid deduction and reimbursement for you.

I Want to Be a Whale Doctor $11 The inspiration for this book came from my granddaughter, Maggie. She is a kind and gentle person who truly cares about all living creatures; even spiders are gently captured in her house and released outside. This is my first foray into writing a book—something I had always wanted to do. Reading books with my children and grandchildren was always a wonderful shared experience. Writing a slightly fictionalized book that is hopefully informative, interesting, and amusing to young children was even more fun. I hope the book gives children an appreciation for these wonderful animals that live in our oceans. |
