Buying a Boat in Connecticut?
I want to buy a boat. I live in Connecticut and I do not know much about buying boats. I'm considering buying a boat a private party and I do not know what paper work I need. I need a license if the boat is sailing into a power right? and is required to have insurance the boat. I plan on using this boat for fishing only once or twice a week.
