Nothing is free, not sure where all the people you think this is a "free" give away. We, the citizens will be paying for this insurance plan health. It is true that Hawaii has a plan as safe for its' inhabitants. You are also correct in that it is being closed because NOT DOWN WORKS and is very expensive.
