Boat Insurance Exclusions

The insurance covers damage to my comprehensive Boat, leaving the drain plug and fill with rainwater?
My policy says only that other events collision. This does not satisfy any of the exclusions.
I bet not, is not covered. But I've seen more than a few boats like this, and very little damage to the boat. Sometimes you have to work on an engine rebuild and a departure, but often the real damage is minimal. Good Luck!
