UI question: I work for the company under different boats opersates LLC?
I worked for 7 months at a company in a Boat on a LLC.They put me in another boat for two weeks, then put me back on my original boat for two weeks. Now they have taken me off the boat and told me they have no work to me, but did not fire me.But, if they took me off the boat I usually work, and saying it would "work me in another boat," is not that technically have me fired? To have an unemployment insurance claim, doi have to accept work on another boat, whether it is technically a different company from what I was working day and lowered?
No, not the outside. If there is work available in another boat, LLC under a different, and you do not take it, you do not qualify for unemployment. But if the days are reduced, you can still file a claim for the difference of hours you are working.
