Boat Insurance Medical Payments

What to do when you suddenly have huge medical bills no insurance and a mediocre income?
53 years male, with no real assets Only about $ 300 per month in disposable income. Over $ 50,000 in medical bills. For icing on the cake of the disease (pneumonia) has left scarring my lungs and I do not know if I can work, as I did in the past. The information I want is can I file for bankruptcy? Negotiate with all (hospital, anesthesiologist, surgeon, doctor) for payments that fit my ability to pay $ 300? Let them sue me because I have nothing that can take? Any other course of action? I'm sure there are many people in my same Boat and I'd like to hear from some of you. Thank you in advance for your help.
I at least ask someone knowledge about business … you have nothing to lose. Most lawyers are free to consult etc. Or every city has its legal advisor that you can learn more on as well. Otherwise, call as many offices you said .. drs / hospital and explain how you said here … some will dramatically reduce the balance and establish payment plan .. some will write off amounts variuos …. if you find yourself working with someone who is not working .. simply tell them bankrupt your appeal will be another ownly … and you or your legal representative will be in touch.
