Hypertension nobody ….. one more stage II hypertensive patients?
I just had to put this out there. I always had high blood pressure, but my doc earlier he would never approach it, so I never realized the problem was until I was educated. My new doctor had me on Lisinopril 20 mg during the year past. However, we just can not seem to get it under control. For example, I went to the pharmacy yesterday and checked my BP. 193/127, frequently Heart 125. Last week it was 205/127 with HR 123. It's like I'm flippin speed. I was hospitalized in Florida for six days because could not get it down. Can not do that now, because I had insurance, so they loved filling an empty bed ….. if I go to ER now, they'd just give me a shot of valium or something to knock him and say "see your doc ASAP! Sorry for venting ….. I just want to know if someone is in the same Boat with the constant height readings. I am a man of 47 years in healthcare decent, non-drinker and non-smoker I'm still a stroke just looking for somewhere to happen.

If you are in good health not overweight and not eating a lot of salty foods, so maybe its genetic? Some of their parents always had high blood pressure? I know one thing that can bring you down and you can try it if you're not diabetic fasting. Maybe try fasting two days a week, drink vegetable juice or just mix of vegetables, fruit at the weekend, for example week. Also take a baby aspirin a couple of times a. Im not a doctor, but I think those two things can help. Let me know how it goes for you.
