EVALUATION OF A Boat Insurance

The method of the actual cash value most commonly applies to older boats, since they depreciate over time, as well as cars. However, there are exceptions. In some cases, the boats are refurbished or reconditioned, which can increase its value.
While the policy actual cash value are less expensive to begin with, the factor of depreciation do, and will only pay the actual cash value of the ship, it is declared a total loss.
