Boat Lights Battery Operated

What could be a constant whistling fireboy the side of my Boat? ?
When I tried to operate the boat after a long period of time (7 months) the boy-fire alarm activated. According to the indicators, the battery was empty. I replaced it with a brand new one. Afterwards, when I turn the key, I always hear a hissing constant fire-boy 's hand, while the green light is on. Any idea what could be?
