no lights on my Boat trailer?

no tail lights, no brake lights, no turn signals on my boat trailer please help me find the problem I have 4 wire hook, but I didn't hook up the wire whit please help me! soon so I can go fishing again

The white wire is a land of body, must be attached to the body of the trailer and / or tow vehicle for the lights to work.
