I bought my house almost 2 years ago for about 220k, now 170k is due to the market value awful ……. My loan is set to change in a few months for increased payments and want to refinance, but no one will help because I'm head down on the loan ….. I live in Arizona and am looking for some kind of government assistance to keep me afloat. Does anyone know what or whom to turn for help? Our governor said she was offering help, but your site does not offer any help and I do not know where to go or what to do …. I know that the country is in the same Boat I there someone who can help? I am a young man working hard and bearly make enough to 1700.00 monthly payments. I was robbing Peter to pay Paul and I do not know what I'll do once the payments increase …. Thanks!
