Mortgage Broker – take the stress out of finding the right loan for you
It became clear to me after weeks of research lenders, products, fees, etc., that I was fighting a battle to find a loan that best suited my specific needs. It was then that I decided to contact a mortgage broker, and for some strange reason, I felt hesitant to contact a mortgage broker in the past because I did not know exactly what they were capable of doing to me. It is only when I contacted a local mortgage broker (without identifying me) I started to understand what the role of a mortgage broker mortgage broker really was. This a private company reputable and well established explained how he would act as an intermediary between me and the lender of my choice. Let me say now that "my choice" These two words are what got me. My mortgage broker was able to identify a variety of products of 4 or 5 on a list of thousands based on the information I provided as well as the logic input that he knows my personal situation. However, at the end of the day was my choice of which product I wanted and creditor-based list prepared for me by my mortgage broker. My mortgage broker told me that while he would take care of everything for me until the loan has settled following the resolution, I would need to deal with the lender for anything relating to my loan. That said, he explained that after the loan is paid off, he keeps regular contact with me, updating me on new and innovative products and policies and ensure that my loan has served my needs even more to call time.Prior my mortgage broker, I did a little research. What I discovered, that helped me make my choice of mortgage broker were: * It had to be a member of the Association Credit and Finance of Australia (MFAA). * He had to have experience and testimonials. * How was my mortgage broker will be paid and how much? Discovered that as member of the MFAA, my mortgage broker has to sign a Code of Practice and should always act in a professional manner and must always be transparent, he did. I felt was important for me to know what qualifications or how long my mortgage broker has been in the industry. He helped me prove that he had stood the test of time a very competitive industry. Finally, as a member of the MFAA, my mortgage broker is required to disclose any fees received in its Code of Conduct …. how much he gets paid! I chose a mortgage broker, primarily for convenience and to relieve some of the stress involved in selecting a home loan. I must say I had a good idea of what I needed and that my mortgage broker not only confirmed my thoughts but also made some fantastic recommendations I had not even thought of.Take stress out of finding a loan that is right for you.
