Boat Loan Key

Can I sue a workshop for negligance?

I had bought a Boat a month ago was 2.5 weeks in the shop. When we take the boat up there, I asked him if he would keep the boat in his shop since he did not have a fence around your property. He said he would and he always has "more ships nice "in his shop. It was stolen from his shop. Not only did he not keep it in your store, but he left the keys in the ignition lock the boat. My insurance covered pay off my loan, but we can not find a boat anywhere for the price we pay for it. We paid 4,000 for the boat, but we can not find anything less than 9,000. (And not so nice). We can take you to court to cover the difference? Not to mention the items we had in the boat?

You can check with a lawyer, but I do not think so. The insurance paid for the boat was worth. I do not think you can handle the difference. If you have receipts for the items the boat, you may be able to go after that loss, in small claims court.
