Boat Loan Length
Start the loan?
I ventured in the fisheries sector. So far I have gotten a piece of land 1000sq feet on Temporary Occupation Base (TOL) next to a river (A newly opened stretch of riverside land to house fishing boats). I have under construction, a class A fishing Boat, 45 feet long, 12 meters wide and weighs 15 tons (completed in June 2007). Currently, I am using my savings (which is running out quickly) to pay the boat that will cost me RM 120 000.00. I have also prepared a cash flow in five years based on minimum income, and through it, my company will be able to make your first million in about five years from the date of commencement of operations. I need an additional RM 250 000.00 for the necessary infrastructure in place before I fully begin operations. I tried to seek loans from various local banks, but I am not able to meet their requirements, ie a report audit (my company is only 5 months old), warranty (I have no property to put in as collateral), etc.
Try for a Grant Government or lending to small businesses.
