If the poor purchasing choices will be rewarded?
For those of us who have always used common sense when buying have to pay to rescue people who did not? I understand and I have a problem helping people who have had a layoff or other problem not of their own creation. However, for many people, when they go out and buy everything in sight never think about how they pay. I see these people with millions of U.S. dollars homes, cars, boats and all, crying because they can not afford them. I know that banks are not innocent, but what happened to personal responsibility? I have offers of credit cards and loans time, but I knew I could not afford them so I threw. What do you think?
Absolutely not! I think it is unacceptable that taxpayers Americans to "help" for someone to take wrong decisions in buying or selling. It is a crime and theft at its highest level to get the money I paid in the taxes and give automakers, banks and housing lenders, simply because they make stupid decisions, give themselves fat bonuses, junkets and have holiday on company expense. Makes you almost think the bank robber has more moral values than CEOs do business. Take that Mr. President, fill it in your pipe and smoke it.
