Boat Financing options. 10 one year old boat for $ 10,000?
I am looking to buy a 1998 LX Bowrider Stingray for $ 10K … the problem is that I can not find a bank to finance a boat that is over 5 years of age. The boat is in excellent condition and has few hours on it. I'm putting down $ 2K that presents another problem. The couple discovered that the bank intended to finance older boats have a loan amount of $ 15K minimum. Any ideas? Rent a boat has its advantages … but I live on a lake, I will be out on the lake at least once a week.
