Diving at Sandals Whitehouse?
Plan to go to Sandals Whitehouse next week. OK, I know that the reef is not as alive with fish as some other places, but would like to know the following: 1. If I take my mask and snorkle, there is nothing to see in the next, and will let him Sandals snorkel near the beach? 2. aquatic Would you "borrow" a PFD if you're not taking a Boat or go on a diving trip structured? 3. How many times during the day they take you out to the reff to snorkle? 4. How long trips are structured to the reef? The reason I ask is the last two times we Sandals MoBay on the snorkel boat was out of service and you had to wait as they share time with a glass bottom boat. They also discouraged him from diving close to the swimming area. When we stayed at the Riu Cancun, you could snorkle off the area to swim, but they would not lend PFD, then the only other option was to for off-site ($ 60.00 per person, if my memory is right) snorkle / boat trip to the reef.
Just keep in mind that you are not allowed to go snorkeling independently. You have to have someone from a professional agency or the hotel with you.
