Boat Seats Bimini

This is my first time leaving my jet Boat in marina.will it is safe to leave it there?
And if I go the next day or next week and somthing is missing as a boat, bimini top chair parts or just anything. Wil marina be held responsible for things that are missing? We are paying for storage and handling.
