Boat Seats Dealers

Anyone have problems with Bayliner boats?
Long story short, bought a brand new Boat on the showroom floor in a show boat. I went for him a few days later and the trailer looked like old rusty trailer or 79-key to the tires. We told the dealership. We have not yet quarter of a mile down the road and the engine cover exploded, destroying the Bimini top and cracks in the hull. seats and flew-lets just say we got back to the boat. Concessionaire told us to take home leave for the weekend and have fun. Problem after problem has returned more than 5 times! We only had it in water with a total of 6 times (3 end week). The excuse was that traders who needed more time to fix all problems. So, we gave the boat to them in August .. and still not finished Bayliner and will refuse to help. Any suggestions or advice or encouragement is welcome! Thanks
Well, you bought a "Bayliner" (Ford Pinto water), but this is not going to help you now, I would like to inform a lawyer and a letter or a phone call to the dealership, try and get your money back or sell the boat "As is". I would suggest "Boston Whaler", expensive, but yes, a boat of confidence that will not sink, and you have all your money back in resale, something that most boat does not do. If it makes you feel better I had a Bayliner for a short time, the problems, I dropped it and bought a Boston whaler, was like leaving the ghetto, and "Beverly Hills", a feeling much more safe, secure, with little or no concern is.
