Help – I still feel sea sick?
I recently traveled on a raft (the UK to Ireland and back) and also a short distance, while RIB. The problem is that I went home for a few days but am still experiencing the sensation of flipping over on a Boat – dizziness, feeling the ground / Desk / chair are moving up and down. It's really disorienting, and In do not think I'd feel safe driving. It started when I was in a small boat, and at first it came and went, but now it will not, is there all the time. Finding it really hard to carry out normal tasks (such as typing this). Your help is greatly appreciated, is the 10th birthday, my son today and I just feel like laying around all day!
It's hardly call debarquement syndrome. I found that after suffering the same symptoms after a night ferry crossing. It took about a week to recover, but it has been fine since then.
