Boat Seats Starcraft

I have two old boats (circa 1970). I would like to restore one of them. Which one is worth restoring?
One is 15 "aluminum starcraft, the interior is in worse shape, but the Boat is much lighter. single hull. Seats 4 adults. The other is 16 "fiberglass glassmaster, tri-hull. Seats 6 adults. It's heavy! Both sides are. That's really just preference or is one of these boats better than the other and probably best to restore?
Restoring aluminum. Strip it all the way down and rebuild. The glass is old and heavy and must meet a shredder.
