Why is it legal for a parent to allow a 15 year old to sail solo around the world, but not to conduct the store?
The government says it is well for a parent to leave his 15 years surfing in shark infested waters thousands of miles offshore in the ocean during the storm, which moved the engine sailboat, but it is illegal for them to get in a car with your seatbelt and drive a mile to get milk from the store. Why will not it make sense to me? (Personally, I think both should be / remain illegal). How can anyone be in control 20 foot waves? She was not 15 – and now she is getting her driving license. She was 17. Lets face it – in the middle of the ocean, she was in danger, weather, it is a car in danger from other drivers and their inexperience.
