Boat Seats Swivel

hi, I want to buy a small jon Boat that I can put ontop of my jeep to pull?
not sure if I should have a flat bottom or a round. Am thinking of connecting it with 36 pounds a Minni kota impulse that I use on my boat now. so I'll be fishing boat I plan to put in swivel chairs and id like to be able to defend themselves when necessary. should be around 10 feet mybe a lil over 2 people and easy to carry over my Jeep. thanks
