Good buy on the Boat?
Ive been looking for a fishing boat and my friend's friends parents have a boat for sale for $ 400, a fiberglass boat 16 ft V new carpeting, swivel chairs, a fish finder, electric motor, rod holders and a 9.9 hp engine and a trailer. im only 14 yet I would have wait two years until I could take it out without my parents to fish with. Is this a good buy / investment? Thanks
sure to obtain a title on the boat and motor, if applicable in your state. Ask someone who knows how to check the engine. Check the gear oil in the bottom of the unit. Make sure that is not milky (a sign of poor seal) if the two work out, go for it.
