What is the cheapest form of transport by Boat?
To answer your question, as written, would be cheaper and more reliable the "transportation by boat" for sailing. You can theoretically travel thousands of miles for free! Keyword: theoretically. Sailing takes time, time means food, water, possibly carrying out repairs … But the wind does not cost anything, such as fuel. If you mean "A boat transport," then Captain John is correct.
