Cleaning Canvas Boat Covers

What is the best way to clean sunbrella Boat canvas?
I recently purchased a boat and the screen should be cleaned badly. It is stained on the outside and covered mold on the inside. I tried scrubbing it with various cleaning products, but it still looks dirty. Suggestions? Thanks!
