What is the best Boat for me?

A simple boat for me and my friend to go fishing every day in a lake. Secure. You have to fit 2-3 adults comfortably. Multiply air chambers (Inflatable Boats). 2 haunts. Budget for the boat alone (without accessories) is $ 500. Double J. The boat went through my head, but they tend to lean toward the expensive side. Unless someone could give me some examples to prove me wrong.
