Holiday Boat Lights San Diego

Where is a good neighborhood to see the Christmas lights in San Diego or Orange County?
There are some neighborhoods in Orange County, San Diego, CA, or CA to do a lot decorative light holiday? I'm not interested in parades or Boat cruises drink. I have to Kensington in SD and OC in Nellie Gail. Any other suggestions?
Christmas Circle More than 55 homes in Chula Vista neighborhood are lighted for the holidays. Open 10 to 25 December, 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Christmas Circle is located on Whitney Street and Mankato. These two streets form a loop that provides for easy viewing. The area is located between the First and Second Avenue off H Street. What fun Christmas and it costs nothing!
