Boat unlicensed trailer … I can not find a previous owner … I can do (ONTARIO)?
Hi I bought a boat and a trailer and have a note tax sale for both. When I went to the plate trailer MTO said that the project was not a good sale, because it was not the same property name of the trailer. I can not find the registered owner. What do I do now? What are my options? I received a statement but the IMB said that it is not acceptable.
we just had the same thing happen. go to any dmv and get an application. you have to take the trailer to a weigh station certified to receive the paperwork then register the trailer as homemade.
